How pricing works Every rental item has a **daily rate**. The charge for a rental is the daily rate multiplied by a **duration multiplier**, not the daily rate times the number of days. Longer rentals get progressively cheaper per day. Rental days are counted **inclusive of both the pickup day and the return day**: picking up Monday and returning Thursday is 4 rental days.
