About the role
We're looking for someone with film and television industry experience and established relationships to help grow Eagle's equipment rental business in the New Jersey and New York production market.
The goal is to make Eagle a trusted equipment resource for both rental houses and productions working in the region.
What You'll Do
- Rental house relationships: build partnerships with local film equipment rental companies, offering equipment from Eagle's inventory that complements their stock or fills shortages.
- Direct production relationships: connect with production managers, line producers, gaffers, and other department heads to identify rental needs and bring in business.
- Learn our inventory and identify where our lighting, LED video, audio, rigging, and power distribution equipment fits film and TV work.
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach through quoting, booking, and repeat rentals.
Equipment Knowledge
You should know how film and TV productions specify and source equipment. Familiarity with lighting, LED video, audio, rigging, and power distribution is a strong plus; we'll teach you our inventory.
What We're Looking For
- Film and television industry experience with established relationships in the NJ/NY production community.
- An understanding of how equipment gets specified and rented on productions.
- A track record of turning relationships into consistent business.
- Background in film equipment rental sales, account management, or production.
Schedule & Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 per year based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with reasonable after-hours availability as needed.
