Can I pick up the gear myself?
Yes. Pickups and returns are at our warehouse, 1640 Wyckoff Road, Wall, NJ 07727 (back building), Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend at least 7 days for new projects to allow for prep, insurance verification and delivery scheduling. Ask us about shorter timelines.
Do you provide technicians?
Yes, on-site A/V technicians are available at additional cost. Email production@eagleproductionco.com to arrange.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Rentals require a signed rental agreement and a valid certificate of insurance (COI) from any provider that meets our requirements.
